I took a little kid day yesterday, a few hours rummaging through the Grab Bag skeins to make up Feather and Fan Shawl kits. Colors, textures, daydreaming combinations, perfection. I chose this particular combo for the blog so that I do not just buy it myself. Four of the eight sold before they hit the site, so I will make up more next week. Not a fan of Feather and Fan? Use the skeins however you like, for instance - make stripes in seed or garter stitch, changing the sizes of the stripes as you go. The Feather and Fan pattern will be tucked in, consider using it at each end, garter stripes in the center. Just play. Think of it as a bag of great stash yarns, especially at $25 per kit!
