Thursday brought a box from The Spinning Wheel, the company that does all that beautiful needlepoint finishing for us. Two of my pieces were in there, so exciting! The previous Friday brought a nasty popping sound in my knee, not so exciting. A friend told me that the technical term for a knee going backwards is Flamingoing the Knee. I am not good at holding still so I dug out one of the the Kelly Clark pear ornaments and set it up. My old attention span kicked in and I completed the stitching in just under one week. I am as excited to hang the bird and frog as I am about finding that much focus. Now to turn my attention to the two other bird designs before the next box is sent off to The Spinning Wheel.
